An awkward teenage girl, Quinn, waits for a prom date that never shows up alongside her dysfunctional family. She ultimately decides to take fate into her own hands and confronts her no-show date at the dance, with her family close behind. They must put aside their differences and come together as a family for the sake of Quinn.​
